terrible customer support. they don't seem to care. was attempting to get trala for my underage daughter so she could learn violin but cant login but because of family plan couldn't login to my account. instead of helping me setup a password and email so I could login on her tablet their response was essentially we dont care trala isnt for you. ask for a refund idiot. worst customer support ive ever experienced.
