Definitely an app to avoid. The trainer does only selective answering of one's questions. He doesn't have time to take you through the app. He doesn't check on you constantly or on a daily basis on how you are progressing. No calls allowed and your texts take awhile to be answered, that Is if they are even answered. Your workout would be based on pre recorded videos in which your trainer isn't even there. They ended my 4 month plan a month early as well. 😂
