2023-09-14	Ri*****	App freezes on every use! It's really annoying! I'm standing there with a client looking on waiting for the app to unfreeze or finally open. I'm gonna just ditch it for something that works reliably. I certainly wouldn't pay for it!

2023-05-26	La*****	Android version freezes. Messenger slows when first open. Timer will freeze for 9 seconds and can't do anything. Then, all of a sudden, it catches up and works. Videos can also freeze up the app once in a while. Update: Now the messenger won't send messages. It says it is sent and shows it in my app. When I log in on the web and look, my message doesn't exist.

2023-05-10	An*****	The app has the option to build a freestyle workout by selecting and adding exercises. However, it won't allow me to save the workout. No error message, just a slight blink when I push "Save" followed by ... nothing. Then the workout I spent several minutes building disappears. There are no help features in this app.

2023-03-25	La*****	It would be nice if the reps and weights would carry over from workout to workout so you can change if needed but if not, you don't have to enter in every set rep and weight. Thanks!

2023-02-15	Ju*****	If I could give it zero stars, I would. I'm trying to train for a Marathon after having not run for 5 years, and this app is useless. I changed my password, did everything possible to log in, and nothing. Waste of time and very frustrating.

2023-01-04	Su*****	I use this app to supplement what I do at Lifetime Fitness. There are days when I don't go to the gym, so this gives me an alternative. At home I have a tendency to not warm up enough for the level of workout that I've chosen. Then, I'm sore the next day. Lesson to self: warm up those muscles and joints before starting the app workout. I sometimes add this to a second exercise workout for the day. I highly recommend it!

2022-12-25	St*****	Cannot Log-in - what is happening!! I can login to the main app, but not this one. Says login failed. Reset my password for both accounts and was able to login right away to main app, but not this app. My family cannot create their own profiles using their own membership Id numbers. Something is wrong with this app. Hope the engineers are fixing this. This elicits a 1 start rating

2022-08-28	Jo*****	My trainer warned me that I may have difficulty logging in the first time, and that I may have to reset my password in order to log in. Three password changes later, I still can't log in. The website? Fine. The main app? Fine. This... thing? Hell no. Ridiculous.

2022-08-08	Da*****	Update: I finally signed in. Not compatible with Android phones/apps. App does not allow me to sign in after multiple attempts. I have tried to synchronize it with the Lifetime app, and I even changed my password but it still failed. I also uninstalled and re-downloaded app but still cannot sign in.
