2023-10-13	re*****		I've bn trained by Kiara for the past 2 months & hav a disability & am in a wheelchair, so it is very hard for me to find exercises to suit my needs but with Kiara's expertise & yrial & are in that time i hav seen a huge improvement in my strength, endurance & huge lose of body weight too, I would defs recommend Kiara as any1s personal trainer. she is absolutely fantastic & don't wanna stop working with her bcoz she is the best @ wot she does. keep up the great work & we will kick heaps of goals
