Great app. Easy to use

I have been going to Future Fitness Training for about a month. I showed up frustrated because no matter what I did I couldn't lose weight and I felt weak, my husband would drop me off at the door of places so I didn't have to walk because I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and Fibermialgia. I'm about 100 lbs over weight and always got hurt at the gym. Trey my trainer assured me he would do what ever it took to get me to my goal if I followed the plan. I'm down 16 lb and my doctor took me off 2 meds.
