The system works on the basis that the world we live in is a three dimensional one. You could play the genetic lottery and just hope that you live a long healthy life but it’s best not to leave things to chance. The workout programs you do could make or break your body. FWW focuses on the kind of training that not only makes you fitter, stronger and more flexible with better movement but also leaves you confident that you aren’t going to be broken after 10 years of hard training. Focus is on workouts that complement my “12 Essential Skills” including lifting, carrying, throwing, jumping, running and more. Over 25 years’ experience in the health and fitness industry has taught me many things. One thing I realised early on is that most people in the industry don’t have a clue what they’re doing. There is a real issue with short-term thinking with little consideration for what happens to a body that’s continually subjected to bad exercises, executed poorly. Another thing I discovered is that you don’t realise you should have been doing things differently until the damage is done. So, be the smartest person in the room. Train efficiently and train effectively. Your body will thank you for it.
