After spending a lot of time searching for guidance with physiotherapists in a suitable postnatal fitness program, this app is the best i found so far. It offers a gradual program suited to your needs, everything is very well explained and i love that you have a daily program with videos so it is clear what exercices you should do everyday. The coach is also very ftiendly, reachable and adapts to your needs. I strongly recommend for everyone!
