Active30 is a minimal fitness system that focuses on optimizing core strength and joint function.

The AC30 app was created for Active30 Platinum members as the platform for all customized workout and nutrition programs.

The app seamlessly integrates with MyFitnessPal and FitBit so that your coach can view and track your caloric intake and macronutrient allocations in real time, as well as average workout HR.

Workouts are adjusted every 4 weeks, at which time the client and coach have a monthly phone or video conferencing session to discuss progress and suggest alterations.
