I purchased a monthly payment for Brain coaching program and have encountered significant issues. Despite trying the program both on the app and in a web browser, I experienced consistent problems. I reached out to customer support via email seeking assistance or a potential refund, but received no resolution. As a last resort, I attempted to DM Brain, but were also ignored. My advice is don't waste your money and find other coach who really responds to his clients.
