‘Be Strong and Courageous’! Being strong to me is a mindset not muscle. Strength comes from the inside, tap into that during this time through what your feeding your mind, your heart and how you are treating your body! My strength started when I made a decision. I decided I would no longer set a sub-standard level for my life and cut-off/decide all the things that were setting me up for failure. Understand that this decision became a lifelong process of discovering and deciding on the daily! So my strength may be seen on the outside but it first began on the inside where I made that decision! You have that opportunity too today to decide! Decide to feed your dreams, not your failures. Decide to start a new routine, way of life, and create a new mindset. ‘Reset’ every morning! Believe in yourself! As a believer, I ask the Lord to guide me and then to strengthen me for the journey!

It’s the willingness to risk or act even when we are frightened or in pain.” This only comes, just like patience, through learned experiences.
