this has been the only program that I have seen obvious changes for the good in my body composition and overall fitness. I am always skeptical of training programs, but I have to say I will continue with this one because I have been so impressed. Keep it up 18A.

The app works pretty well, but Kevin is awesome and communicative. The planning has been awesome and I've improved tremendously in only 2 months. If you're looking for a plan for training this is the guy.
