Recent reviews

At 54, I'm in the best shape of my life in part to Gravity Transformation and the app they use, Trainerize. Why 4 stars instead of 5? I do wish there was more communication from the coaches and an actual meal plan. The coaches do respond to questions quickly, but I was hoping they would provide more accountability. They tell you what you can and can't eat and how much, but I was expecting more of an all-inclusive plan that could give me meals with prep instructions along with when to eat.
