My wife and I have been using TrainerFU for a few years now. It was a positive and good experience for our businesses and clients. However this past year we both have had issues where our client list would disappear. We had no access to open, update, our run a professional business. Each time we had to reach out to Apple support to get the app fixed. The owner didn't take the time or effort to respond. Also we have been billed differently each month. One month its$30 then next its $48.

I've had this app downloaded for a while and really enjoy using it. It's very detail oriented and gives you lots of ways to connect with clients. The HelpDesk was incredible, super responsive and figured out the issue I was having.
