| 2024-11-21 | Way too dynamic. Went from 5 min warm up/5 min run sessions, a 1.5 week training pause, to a 52 min run with a 14 minute extreme run in the middle of the session.. This kind of training could easily injure someone. Edit: reached out on app as suggested, never received a response. Lowering rating to 1* from 2. | ||

| 2024-05-29 | Poor interaction with other apps. What's the point of a nice plan if you can't follow it easily? Voice instructions whilst using the app are sporadic - sometimes it doesn't tell you when a new segment has begun, or when the run has ended. Too many speed up & speed down instructions too, the readings are too variable to be of any use, particularly at the start of a new segment. Emailed several times to see how interactivity with other apps could be better and what they would suggest. No response! | ||

| 2024-01-02 | TrainingAsOne is an amazing service (App and website). It provides training plans with flexibilitt with a lot of diversity, tailored to your profile. You need to give the algorithm some time to gauge you (expetidly... took about 1 1/2 months for me) but once done, it is giving very good workouts. In addition, the additional graphs on the website are very informative and insightful. It has worked great for me. As far as I know that's the best App of its kind. I cannot recommend it enough. | ||

| 2023-10-20 | Like the UI. At first it felt a bit conservative. Many runs slower than I usually run and an element of similarity to them. But now I've been using it a while there's a lot more variety and I can see how it's helping to achieve my goals. I think in the early weeks it is prioritising injury prevention before getting enough "trustworthy" i.e. sessions gained since started using the app rather than imported ones prior to signing up. It then gets more interesting. It's definitely improved my running | ||

| 2023-05-09 | very new user but i already like the program! i wish it would offer a little bit more flexibility within the app (not website); like allow to make a training session shorter (when you have a busy day but still want to squeeze in a session), decrease intensity (when you feel your body is a bit stressed), and skip-a-day function. | ||

| 2023-02-16 | Hi, just wanted to give some feedback. I think Train as One is a very good concept. I think I have become a better, stronger runner. I have not slavishly followed all the training sessions. But I feel that the program will get me to my goal. Missing a bit, getting a little more response from each pass. Not just three circles. I know similar programs that give feedback in words. Regards, Nahoj | ||

| 2023-01-25 | Best Training Plan for Flexibility! I love that the algorithm adapts to your needs. Can't get that long run in today? The plan will adjust to keep you progressing with low risk of injury. Used it for almost a year. PR'd my 5k, 10k, HM and conpleted my first marathon. At the end of the marathon I felt tired but good. I cannot recommend this more. Also the support is awesome and good at giving personalized responses and suggestions. Big tip here- read the entire FAQ section! | ||

| 2022-11-09 | I've used the website for ages, using Strava to feed it with tracking data. I gave the app a go today and, so far, I'm impressed. It'd be great (something that's essential for me) if it could be a bit more chatty - I like to have frequent audio feedback on pace, distance, time, etc. | ||
