The Surat City Traffic Police Chrome extension empowers Surat citizens to actively participate in maintaining city traffic safety and order. Developed under the guidance of Surat City Traffic Police, this application facilitates real-time communication between residents and traffic authorities.

Users can report traffic violations such as black film glass, wrong parking, or triple seating, provide updates on traffic status including heavy traffic and jams, and notify authorities about accidents (death, serious injury, normal injury) and fires in the city. The app includes six comprehensive forms — Traffic Status, Traffic Violation, Accident, Fire, Suggestion submission, and Suggestion view — enabling users to submit complaints or feedback conveniently. Additionally, the extension features camera integration to capture evidence with precise date, time, and location stamps, profile customization, and quick access to emergency contacts such as the Commissioner of Police. This tool enhances civic engagement, making Surat's streets safer and communication with law enforcement seamless.
