Traelo GO is the app for Traelo delivery drivers. Manage your entire workday from your phone: receive available orders, accept the ones you want, navigate to the business and the customer, and confirm the delivery.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Activate your availability when you want to start receiving orders, and deactivate it when you finish.

• Check available orders with the pickup address, delivery address, distance, and your earnings before accepting.

• Follow the route on a map to the pickup point and then to the customer.

• Review the details of each order: products, charges, notes, and contact information.

• Confirm the delivery from the app and see it reflected immediately in your account.

• Check your earnings, your delivery history, and configure your payment method.

• Receive a notification as soon as a new order comes in, even if you don't have the app open.

DESIGNED FOR THE STREET

The main screen is a map of your active route, with order information always visible. Order statuses update automatically, and the app notifies you of every change, so you don't have to keep checking your phone while driving.

BACKGROUND LOCATION TRACKING

While you're working, Traelo GO shares your location in the background so the customer and the business can track the delivery in real time and calculate the route. Android displays a constant notification while this is happening, so you always know when location sharing is taking place. Tracking stops when you finish your shift, when you log out, or when you revoke permission in your phone's settings.

REQUIREMENTS

Traelo GO is a work tool for delivery drivers registered with Traelo. You need an approved delivery driver account to use it; your registration will be reviewed until validated by our team.
