Phone Finder: Clap Alert instead uses an adaptive noise floor that tracks your room's background noise level and only reacts to a sudden peak above it — real clap detection built for noisy rooms, not a quiet lab. It keeps re-learning the quiet level around you for fewer false triggers, so a slammed drawer, a cough, or a barking dog is far less likely to set off a false alarm, while an actual clap still works.
