2024-09-09	Ra*****	App is good. Few issues. 1. Last entered trade doesn't show up. For example I add trade 2 but I see only trade 1. When I add trade 3 then it start showing trade 2 in trade list... and so on.. 2. No filter or option to see on open trades

2024-01-16	Ty*****	Features: 4 UI - 3 Syncing - 1 (I have to remind the customer support team that my trades are not syncing (as worse as >24 hrs) every time I have a trade. I should have used Binance's data and Looker Studio for data visualization.

2024-01-01	Mo*****	I can't even login to get to my account with the android native app. Market replay does not insert trades in the journal. So you can't tag trades or do anything with them. Hasn't worked for 2 over months The most annoying thing is the charts on the imported trades. They refresh every few seconds so if you were in the middle of zooming in, chart will refresh and zoom out. Good luck trying to do anything with them. The auto sync of trades from broker does not work.

2023-11-27	La*****	There is no button to Unsubscript . I tried to Unsubscript it. I didn't find to Unsubscript , then I forgot to do it. Now they are charging automatically. One times subscription doesn't mean I'm going to subscript the whole of my life. Please give me advice how to Unsubscript your services thanks.

2023-07-15	Bu*****	Good app. Good: -Very simple, good performance and clean UI Bad: - Feels half finished, but I'm sure they'll make it better with each update My complaint: - My biggest complaint is no lock screen, password, fingerprint, even a 4 dig pin, anything would be great, it's literally an insight in your bank accounts

2023-01-05	an*****	The free trial version was pretty cool. Already have some insights after connecting to my broker. However, now when I log in, the data would load and display for about 2 seconds then the screen would go blank. I wanted to take advantage of the reduced priced subscriptions available now but I'm worried the app will not work.

2022-09-02	D *****	Not for Active Users or E Trade Customers. Though I appreciate David spending much time and effort trying to make this work, the fact is, it just doesn't. I trade very actively and it just doesn't keep accurate numbers. IF you can get to David for support he is a lot of help, but Nick just isn't any help at all and doesn't know the product. He would rather argue than solve a problem. The numbers just don't match reality. They blame the brokers, but either-way, the numbers are just wrong.

2021-05-01	Ow*****	There was a small error with the signup process through the Android app, but the developers were very timely in their response. They fixed the issue that I was having and I would highly recommend this app for tracking your trading.

2021-04-23	St*****	First of all, I signed up for the 7-day free trial put my credit card in and it charged me for the entire year. I tried to get a refund and they told me they couldn't do it even though I was within the 7-day window. I gave up. Then I try to log into the app and it keeps going back to the registration screen. It doesn't say if the password or the username is wrong or whatever. Don't even get me started about not being able to actually SYNC your trades automatically... TBC

2021-04-23	Ts*****	Had a log in issue. Response immediate and issue was fixed immediately. It seems as if they were aware of login issue. So far great customer service. The website is awesome so far! Definitely will be considering continuing after trial ends.
