VIC (Virtual Integrated Care) is the Trademark DME mobile app to support your recovery at home. Access therapy plans and sessions prescribed by your care team, with an experience designed to be clear, secure, and easy to follow.

WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH VIC
• View and follow your therapy plans and exercise routines.
• Complete guided sessions with reminders and progress tracking.
• Use the camera when your therapy requires posture or movement analysis (based on features enabled for your account).
• Stay in touch through support or chat channels enabled by your provider.
• Use voice or audio features when available for your plan.
• Sign in securely using your device’s options (for example, biometrics), when supported by your clinic and device.

WHO IT’S FOR
VIC is for patients or authorized users invited by their clinic or organization working with Trademark DME. You need credentials or an invitation from your provider.
