Current Weight: Displays your largest, most recent entry (e.g., 72.4 kg).

Weekly Change: Shows your week-over-week progress (e.g., -0.3 kg).

Progress Graph: A small graph (line or bar chart) visually represents your trends over the last 7 days.

Quick Add: Use the prominent "Add Weight" button to log a new entry instantly.

Simple Logging (Screen 3): Recording your weight is hassle-free:

Enter the Weight value (kg).

The Date is automatically set but can be manually changed.

Tap "Save" to add the measurement to your history.

Full History (Screen 4): Review all your efforts over time:

List View: See a complete list of all recorded entries, showing the Date and Weight.

Sorting: Easily sort the list by ascending or descending date/weight.

Editing: Easily delete an entry by swiping on the record.
