Track Maestro

TrackMaestro Driver is the companion app for delivery drivers working at a company that dispatches with TrackMaestro. Open it at the start of your shift and it shows the route you have been assigned, the stops in order, and everything you need to close each one.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a workforce app. You sign in with an account issued by the company you drive for — there is no public sign-up. If your organization has not enabled the mobile app, sign-in will be blocked.

YOUR DAY, AT A GLANCE
• Stops and packages remaining, deliveries completed, and your average time per stop
• A rolling seven-day summary with your success rate
• Messages from dispatch, kept in the app so nothing is lost once a notification clears

DRIVE THE ROUTE
• Your current stop up front, with the ordered list of everything still ahead
• Live progress and a projected finish time based on the pace you are actually setting
• Reorder stops by hand, or ask for a suggested order starting from where you are now
• Hand off to turn-by-turn navigation for the stop you are heading to
• Scan packages onto a stop with the camera

EVERY DETAIL BEFORE YOU KNOCK
• Customer name, phone and address as recorded for that stop
• Delivery instructions — gate codes, concierge notes, where to leave a parcel
• Every package on the stop, with its tracking number and carrier
• Call the customer directly. Where your organization enables it, an AI-assisted call can be placed for you when nobody answers the door

PROOF OF DELIVERY
• Recipient name, an on-screen signature, and photo capture
• Confirm the packages that were actually handed over
• Record a failed attempt with a reason when a delivery cannot be completed

WORKS WHERE SIGNAL DOESN'T
• Your route is stored on the device, so addresses and instructions stay readable when coverage drops
• Deliveries, proofs and failed attempts recorded offline are queued and sent automatically once you are back online
• A clear indicator whenever you are reading an offline copy

LOCATION SHARING
While a route is in progress, the app can share your position with your dispatcher so they can answer customer questions and see how the day is going. Sharing begins only when you start a route and stops when the route ends. On Android it runs as a foreground service with an ongoing notification for as long as it is active.

BUILT FOR THE JOB
• Large tap targets and high-contrast type, for one-handed use outdoors
• Optional fingerprint or face unlock, so the app locks itself when you put the phone down
• Where your organization turns on privacy mode, customer details are masked once a stop is closed, and screenshots of those screens are blocked

Dispatch, customers and reporting live on the TrackMaestro platform. This app is the driver's half of it.
