Tires TrackGPS

Tires TrackGPS is the mobile application dedicated to efficiently managing seasonal tire changes for vehicle fleets in transport and logistics.
Using NFC technology, operators can quickly identify any vehicle in the fleet, view the status of mounted and stored tires, perform inspections, and process tire changes directly in the field.
MAIN FEATURES
• Secure authentication
Protected access with username and password, with a “Remember me” option for faster login.
• Vehicle identification via NFC
Scan the NFC tag attached to the vehicle to instantly retrieve its data: license plate number, name, VIN, and associated company.
• View mounted tires
Check all tires mounted on the vehicle with complete details: brand, size, season, DOT code, tread depth, load and speed index, position on the vehicle, and mounting date.
• View stored tires
Access the inventory of stored tires with information about location, storage date, billed months, and technical condition.
• Tire inspection
Record the condition of removed tires: tread depth, position, technical status, usable or unusable, and defects identified from a predefined list. The inspection process supports the selection and evaluation of multiple tires at the same time.
• Tire replacement
Select the tires to be removed, complete the inspection, choose replacements from storage, and send the operation directly to the server. The application confirms the replacement and automatically returns to the scanning screen for processing the next vehicle.
