Regulasi nya ribet

Petani jadi malas pakai pupuk subsidi, daftar jadi anggota kelompok tani sulit, saling menyalahkan dengan ketua kelompok, sosialisasi dinas dengan petani tidak ada hanya berupa poster saja. Petani ribet, kios juga ribet. Coba orang dinas suruh 1 minggu melayani petani di kios, biar tau kendala nyata. Kalo di kantor aja gimana bisa tau.
