User Reviews

Users appreciate that the TPT Companion app helps track sales with notifications and sales summaries, and is simpler than previous versions. However, multiple users report persistent login problems and lack of reliable notifications on Android devices. Many complain about insufficient features compared to the website, such as inability to edit product listings or view detailed stats. The app's data updates are infrequent and delayed, reducing usefulness. Overall, while functional for basic sales monitoring, the app needs significant improvement in reliability and features to meet seller needs.

Pros

Helps users keep track of sales with notifications and summaries.
Provides basic sales data in a simple and easy to use format.
Improved compared to previous versions, making it easier to check sales and interact with buyers.
Allows viewing sales data over time through graphs and charts.

Cons

Frequent login issues and problems with authentication, including invalid email errors and random logouts.
The app provides only very basic functionality with no ability to edit listings or access detailed product statistics.
Notification system is unreliable or absent on Android devices, missing sale alerts and sounds.
Data updates are infrequent and delayed, often only twice per day, making it less useful for real-time monitoring.
App lacks many features present in the desktop/web version, making it a limited tool for sellers needing in-depth management and analytics.
