2025-01-30	Je*****	This app is definitely not user-friendly. Messaging is an awful experience, and if there are attachments to open or try to download,forget it! It's impossible even on a laptop, making documents impossible to fill out and return. I have had serious issues trying to add beneficiaries, where the app will only save the first entered , and after adding more, it tells you there is an error, and you need to sign back in. It is not easy to navigate, and you end up going around in circles!

2025-01-05	Ch*****	Adequate - recently had problems logging in with app hanging. Simple app with basic information but definitely slanted towards adding money to funds rather than managing funds. Analysis of investments is limited.

2024-12-22	Ju*****	I tried to access the app today and it says it needs an update. I tried to do this but the app store says the app is no longer compatible with my device and so I couldn't update it. I can no longer access the app.

2024-12-19	Pa*****	Last week the app kept stopping, I got in touch with True Potential they told me to uninstall & reinstall it which I did. It worked once and now doing same again not going to keep uninstalling it. Please try and sort it out. Before gave it 5 stars when it worked.

2024-12-07	Si*****	UPDATE: December: Good response from developer. After my feedback, app has been fixed and now works again. Well done for a fast response. November: Used to be ok, but as of November 7th the app has not updated my balance. Today after contacting both provider and true potential it has updated. It seems like the app itself doesn't update until external sources access it. Not good any more.
