2024-12-27	Mu*****	After 1 year of using, i have to pay for recharge the simcard, and then pay the subscription fees what is the concept of 1 time payment then. Make the product free and then make the pricing transparent no where did i knew that i have to pay 1200 every month

Then after one year they asking for 499 for app subcription this not fair app and devices so don't buy. Below they asking for money for the subcription chat of whatsapp 650rs for sim recharge 499rs for app subscription Total 1149rs (1st year app subscription is free, from 2nd year you have to pay app subscription)

2024-03-25	Ar*****	It's been almost a year, and the notifications don't work. You can view the events in application, but you don't get notifications in your phone when outside of the application. What's the point of alerts then? Have contacted Customer Care various times, but they can't seem to solve or rather care about this issue. Others are also facing this issue. 2024-02-11	Sa*****	U guys have to work on app. There are way too many bugs. The worst one is that sometimes. It stops showing proper time. The time doesn't update in app so the car was also showing stuck in the previous position..

2024-01-28	Dr*****	Didn't net any kind of notification/Alert/SMS. Contacted WhatsApp no.- Very time consuming reply. Even I parking mode, i started the bike and moved didn't get notification/ alarm/alert/sms. Then without start I moved the bike without starting still didn't get notification/ alarm/alert/sms. Then What's the use of anti theft system. Very very bad experience.

As you are providing paid subscription please make sure the UI/UX must be simple and user friendly. please fix the issue. After that I will happily give 5star rating.
