As an established telco, it has the worst billing system. As a customer, there's is absolutely no way to see your mobile n broadband monthly bills which is ridiculously unbelievable! Some SIMBA email tells me Invoice number, some use Service ID without stating what bill services. What on earth is happening to the Contract Billing system??? SIMBA has 3 websites for its services which is really confusing... Account URL in email is a blackhole. Then they hv Novus**'*. No unified platform!
