The only way to get support in the go is through the app, and the messages are either undelivered or ignored, have no idea if they even receive the message or not. There is no record of your messages either so you can never prove that you tried to reach out to them.

The worst experience ever. Took a week after getting my Sim to connect due to lack of the infythet gave and once it has as connected it had an unknown phone number on my account which I never gave them so it took another 9 days to rectify that but still not fully working. I strongly suggest staying away from TPG because theyr so incompetent and the Phillipines call centre has no idea how to fix things. USELESS PEOPLE AVOID AT ALL COST.
