Các vấn đề phổ biến gồm quảng cáo quá nhiều và popup phiền, ổn định và đăng nhập không đáng tin cậy, lỗi xác thực OTP (thường yêu cầu E-token), giới hạn tương thích thiết bị sau cập nhật với điện thoại đã root/unlocked, và khó khăn với quét QR/QR CCCD khi thanh toán.

Ứng dụng đơ/không mở được và khi đăng nhập bị thoát hoặc load vòng.
OTP không trích xuất được hoặc xác thực gặp trục trặc, buộc phải dùng E-token.
Cập nhật khiến người dùng với điện thoại đã root/unlocked bị chặn truy cập.
Quét QR trên CCCD hoặc thanh toán bằng QR gặp khó khăn hoặc load chậm, không hoạt động tốt.
