For wifi it says "reset the device" but there is no reset button. For Bluetooth it says connect but it doesn't tell us the Bluetooth device name. I've connected with every random bt device in the neighborhood. I've restarted the phone the AC no luck and I'm above average technical person.

It really is just a copy of the TuyaSmart app with the Toyotomi brand logo, but it doesn't work as well as TuyaSmart, it is not being maintained as it should, when it has bugs it takes ages to get a fix, and it lacks basic funcionality like Alexa compatibility that TuyaSmart app does have. I have 2 Toyotomi devices at home connected to this app, a fan and a portable AC. The devices work great but the app is lacking a lot to be really useful, easily the worst part of owning a Toyotomi device.
