TOVIDAGBE “Good Citizen” is a mobile application designed to promote good citizenship and offer Beninese citizens a modern and effective platform for reporting problems related to public services. This project aims to improve citizen participation, raise awareness of the importance of civic rights and duties and facilitate exchanges between citizens and public institutions.
The objectives of this application are to raise citizens' awareness of good civic practices and their responsibilities within society, citizen engagement by creating an interactive channel to report dissatisfaction with public services and encourage solutions, and finally, improving public services by promoting constructive dialogue between citizens and authorities to improve public services.
