TourHub

TourHub is the mobile app for inbound tourism companies in Costa Rica. It allows drivers and operational staff to manage their daily activities from their cell phones, without needing a computer.

For drivers: View your assigned tours and transfers with all the necessary information: dates, pick-up times, passengers, addresses, flight number, and vehicle license plate. Record the start and end mileage of each service directly from the app. Confirm receipt of your assignments with a single tap.

Expense tracking with receipt scanning: Take a photo of the receipt, and the app automatically extracts the amount, date, provider, and category using optical character recognition. Review the extracted data, adjust as needed, and confirm the expense. You can also enter expenses manually if you prefer.

Works offline: If you don't have internet access when scanning a receipt, the app saves it locally and processes it automatically when the connection is restored. Your assignments are also cached so you can access them offline.

For operational staff: Access the daily operations view with all scheduled services, grouped by type or in chronological order. View complete details of each reservation, including segments, prices, logistics, and itineraries. Record operational expenses independently using the same receipt scanning tools.

Real-time notifications: Receive alerts about new assignments, reservation changes, mileage reminders, and outstanding expenses. Each notification takes you directly to the relevant screen.

Budget control: View your daily per diem and fuel budget with progress bars. See a summary of deposits, expenses, and available balance for each settlement.

Security: Your credentials are stored in encrypted form on the device. The app prevents screenshots to protect sensitive information.

TourHub is a business-use tool. To use the app, you need an account provided by your company or to register as a driver with your national identification number.
