Wifi won't connect to the fireplace. I love the fireplace but paid extra for it to be smart. By the time I found out that didn't work correctly, it was already installed. It's just too much trouble to have it fixed now.

This app fails to install my compatible Touchstone Elite device. Finds the device quickly but errors during install. Reset, config'd WiFi to 2.4Ghz only, troubleshoot ever available step...nothing. Hours of wasted time. P0, P1, P2, P3 codes... nobody knows what they even mean. Support was unable to resolve.
