Garbage. This car wash itself is great, but upon attempting to start my wash using the app, not a damn thing happened. The timer on the wall beeped and started the countdown for my correct time, but no spray, soap or foam would come out. The only thing that worked was the blow dryer. Temp was not below freezing, other bays were working fine, even a sign and cones blocking the one bay that said "frozen." Had puddles and soap foam in my bay showing it was functional.

This app is garbage. I've now paid $14 twice for car washes that used to cost $5. The app automatically "recharges" your credit card, but never ends the session. You can start the session remotely, but it won't end. Hang the hoses up and drive away, you are still paying until it maxes out at $14 leaving you with a balance of $0. Will never use another car wash that requires this app.
