User Reviews

Users praise fast deliveries and Toters Plus discounts, but report recurring issues with support, login/account blocks, delivery accuracy/delays, promo/payment problems, and limited coverage. The app is valued for speed and savings, yet reliability and customer service hinder a consistently positive experience.

Pros

Toters Plus discounts and loyalty points provide tangible savings.
Fast and reliable delivery, with reviewers calling it the fastest or very dependable.
Some users report improved customer service and discounts recently.
Well-designed, intuitive app experience for placing orders.

Cons

Customer support is frequently criticized for being unhelpful, slow, or unresponsive, including account blocks and refunds issues.
Frequent login/account problems, such as being unable to log in or blocked accounts and recovery failures.
Delivery issues like wrong orders, restaurants closed after ordering, long waits, and poor communication.
Promo codes often don't work and there are payment-related issues (including 3% surcharges and card payment failures).
Limited geographic coverage and availability, with slower deliveries outside core areas.
