The mobile application is created for the convenience of residential complex residents and to ensure interactive interaction with the pass system, security and the management company.
2.1. The main functions of the application
2.1.1. Authorization
● Authorization by phone number using an SMS confirmation code.
● User verification based on data from the residential complex database (name, phone number, address).
● Support for user roles with different access rights:
○ Owners: full access to functionality.
○ Trustees: the ability to add users of certain categories.
○ Tenants, roommates, builders: limited access to submit applications and manage vehicles.
2.1.2. Application management
● Creation of applications for guest passes, taxis, deliveries.
● Viewing the status of applications (active, completed, overdue).
● Cancellation of applications if necessary.
● Applications are valid for 24 hours.
● After completing the application, the user receives a report on its implementation.
2.1.3. User management
● Ability to view registered users by address.
● Adding new users (depending on the role):
○ Owners can add up to 4 users (tenants, roommates).
○ Trustees can add users of the "tenant", "roommate", "builder" categories.
● Deleting users (depending on the role).
2.1.4. Vehicle management
● View license plates attached to the address, information about which vehicle the user added (to whom it is attached).
● Addition and deletion of license plates (within the limit: 5 cars per one address), owners and authorized persons can delete the car data of all users, the rest of the users can only delete those added by them.
2.1.5. Information sections
● Contacts of utility services (electricity, dispatcher, elevator service, etc.).
● Integration with power outage schedules to display current light status.
2.1.7. Submission of appeals to security
● Possibility to file a complaint about noise, disorderly conduct, hooliganism.
● After solving the appeal, the guard sends a report to the resident.
● This complaint is sent to the security telegram group, or to a separate register, after which the shift supervisor directs the security to check and respond to the situation and sends a report after resolution. After that, the user receives a message that his complaint has been processed.
