Opiniones de usuarios

Remote Wave is a small app designed to help users play MagicJack voicemail files from emails. Users appreciate its small size and its utility in handling WAV files from MagicJack services. However, many report frequent failures such as the app not opening, lack of sound during playback, crashing on interaction, and missing voicemail notifications. Compatibility issues after device or OS updates are common, along with difficulty in opening certain attachments via email. The app's reliability has decreased over time, leading to frustration and refund requests.

Ventajas

Small app size, which is beneficial for device storage.
Able to play MagicJack voicemail WAV files from emails, helping users check voicemails without using the phone.
Responsive customer support, with at least one user receiving a prompt reply.

Contras

App frequently fails to open or load properly on various devices, including Galaxy S8+.
No sound playback or crashes when interacting with playback controls like pause or stop.
Notifications for MagicJack voicemails no longer work, causing missed alerts.
App compatibility issues after phone or OS updates, leading to malfunction or failure to work.
Issues with opening specific file attachments (.au files) directly from email apps, requiring workarounds.
