I paid ₹12,000 to Toothsi, cancelled before taking any treatment/service, and received only ₹7,000 back — ₹5,000 was deducted. Their responses were also slow and some interactions felt rude. I can’t comment on their treatment quality personally, but I’ve heard other customers report poor service too. Please do your research before paying.
