using their own encrypted DNS can bypass it, and Android allows only one VPN at a time, so another VPN app will take the slot.

PERMISSIONS AND PRIVACY
ToolVault needs Usage Access to see foreground apps — that's the core of how detection works, and that data stays on your device. Your activity history is never uploaded, never backed up, and never copied to a new phone. The DNS filter does not log or transmit the sites you visit.
