No response. No return request accepted and no money. I directly dump the product to the trash. Don't try #toolsvilla

At the time of purchase your website shows very nearest date when the customer ordered it you did not send the product to that date. Also when customer cancelled the product you blocked the amount for many days. Other e- commerce websites refund the amount within 3 to 5 working days. I cancelled my order on 23.12.2024 but till today my amount is not refunded.My first experience is very poor. I suggest to all not go to toolsvilla.

But the delivered product doesn't mention anything about the length. support team from toolsvilla closed ticket. sent a mail mentioning the seller has confirmed it is 50meters. They suggested to measure and I found it only 30meters. The written review to the product doesn't appear on the page.Also option to write review with images/video is not working.They don't have a option to return the product. Both the seller and toolsvilla are cheaters.
