User Reviews

Users appreciate accurate local stock info, easy click‑and‑collect and helpful staff. Major recurring complaints are slow/poor search and stability problems, intrusive cashback pop‑ups, frequent forced updates that prevent use, and delivery issues (Evri). Overall useful for quick in‑store pickup but the app experience (performance, ads, updates and checkout/payments) frustrates many.

Delivery problems reported (late deliveries, use of Evri) and notification spam

Recent reviews

The store is great. The app is average and the latest version seems to include a messaging service that doesn't allow you to delete your incoming messages, which are all adverts anyway. My biggest concern is that the app now features a pop-up when you order something. The Pop-up is from a dubious 'partner' firm called 'Complete Savings'. Do a web search to see how dubious they are (banned by the ASA). The pop-up leads you into signing up to pay £18 a month into a discount scheme.

Contains MALWARE. BE CAREFUL!!! Charging £18/month to use the app if you click on the cash back link. Which is just a con. This should be banned Edit: And then say it's for our benefit!!!
