I downloaded this app as the website specifically said that the gopro hero 3 is supported. I could take pictures from the app, but I could not view them on my phone without buying the pro version. After buying the pro version I couldn't use any of the pro features, as they do not work with the hero 3. The live preview failed, and the download media failed. These were the two reasons I purchased this app as I was hoping to ensure my camera was properly set up prior to starting my video.

App is free but none of the features work for free. The app prompts you to buy when you open it, and if you have a gift card from playing mobile games like I did, go ahead and pay, it's worth it! I did buy the paid option, because I have the hero session 5, so changing some settings, and previewing isn't a thing without this app. The app works well, just have to turn on the wifi to get the preview to work, and whatnot. I'll give it 5 stars!
