My experience has been terrible. I waited a few days to download after purchasing. I was only able to listen to day one. Everything beyond that is locked. When I try to download content, I get a message that tells me I must purchase a program to download. I purchased breakthrough on 3/20/26. I've sent 4 support requests and left 3 phone messages over the course of several days. It's like they dropped into the void. Customer service is worse than abysmal, it's non-existent. I'm requesting a refun
