hard way to open

the Bluetooth connection is not very good on these devices. It works well the first time but if you don't touch it for a while, and try to program something new it does not let you in. The BT does not ever turn on. I've tried everything, new batteries resetting the lock, nothing works. So now I am unable communicate with it therefore I can't add any additional fingerprints or do anything else. Very frustrating.

couldve been a nice app for the hardwares. however, important features like low battery reminder is a paid feature when you already paid a premium for the lock itself. should already be included. worst is, they dont indicate what features are free and what are not. care when buying the device that goes with an app that will cost you further.
