2026-01-05	Na*****	My rating would be higher if I ever got to use the app I did the survey and it said it was generating a workout thing for me but it just kept sending my back to the survey thing I did everything I could but it kept doing the same thing I would love to actually be able to use the app.

2025-12-29	Li*****	EDIT: After several chats on insta with TIU, I tried to log in on my daughter's iPhone. Uninstalled them reinstalled on my phone. after a couple of attempts I was finally able to log in Prepaid for a year. cant get the app to work. I can see payment information online but no workouts. Nothing at all on the app. Just keeps asking scrolling through the questions about equipment, experience level etc. Will this bug be fixed soon or am I out my money?! Rating will change if I can actually use it.

2025-06-30	Ge*****	Trying to delete my account but receive an error page each time. Zero customer care as have yet to receive a response to my request for assistance. Only happy I do not pay for a subscription with this company, if this is the level of care given to helping it's users.

2025-05-06	Do*****	The free workouts used to be so diverse and now it just alternates between two routines. I found out on Reddit that the two founders sold the company and one of the founders left the company later on. I guess the change to reduce the free workout diversity was to urge people to pay for plans. I would rather uninstall this app.

2025-04-18	Ab*****	I have had an account for years since 2019. I tried renewing for the year. My card was charged and I was kicked out of my account. And a receipt was never sent to me. I tried to go through customer Service and was told that I don't have a subscription anymore and that they can send me an invoice to renew my subscription rather than actually helping with the issue. I do not recommend this app or company. They have terrible customer Service when issues arise. Not worth the money and waste of time
