User Reviews

Users appreciate the concept and remote control features of the Tommee Tippee app, including customizable colors and integration with breast pumps. However, many find the app unreliable due to frequent crashes, poor connectivity, and inability to set sleep schedules. Forced, unskippable ads are a major annoyance, especially since the device is purchased. Users also request more features like continuous lullaby playback and volume controls. While the sleep training lights are loved, the app's shortcomings often cause frustration and reduce its usefulness.

Pros

Easy remote control of colors, brightness, and white noise from phone
Helpful sleep training feature with gentle light color indicators for sleep and wake times
Useful integration with breast pumps for tracking and control
Adjustable wake times that help gain extra sleep
Simple setup process and overall concept is appreciated

Cons

App frequently crashes or loses connection to the device, making it unreliable
Inability to set a bedtime or sleep schedule, only wake times are supported
Forced full screen ads that cannot be skipped and disrupt app usage, despite owning the product
Limited customization options such as lack of continuous lullaby play and volume control
Complicated and unreliable WiFi connection process, often losing connection or being unresponsive

the app can discover my perfect prep machine and connect to it, however, nothing the loads so I cant access any of the settings for the machine. I've tried deleting the device and pairing it several times, but still doesnt work.

perfect prep pro feedback: 1) The minimum 4oz feed is too large for newborn use, making the machine less useful early on. 2) ml dispensing isn’t available on the unit, making the app’s ml options pointless 10ml increments would be better (not oz). 3)Only one parent can connect via Bluetooth at a time, which feels unnecessary. 4)It would also help if the scale function could be used separately to measure leftover milk. 5) why do you need to measure every size, surely you can calculate this easily
