I used this app for a short while last year while taking a beginners class. I cancelled my subscription after a couple of months and couldn't see anything about auto renewing on the app or play store. Last week I received an email to inform me that my payment had been successful and I've renewed for another year. My app profile shows my account as cancelled and I have emailed twice to request a refund but received nothing back from the company in response. Terrible customer service!
