I can't import wallet why, anytime I try they keep on reply not correct password, but when I create new wallet it's does not take seconds, please fix this issue

This app is the worst app ever, keep deducting money for a failed eth transaction yet none of the said transaction has ever be successful. Am done with you guys, you can keep the rest eth since you have decided not to let me transfer it instead you keep deducting the money. You don't deserve even 1star . PURE FRAUD
