TOHT :: Feedback & Performance

TOHT is a people development, continuous feedback, and team management platform designed for companies seeking more control, clarity, engagement, and performance. It helps organizations understand what’s really happening with employees—identifying turnover risks, improving performance, increasing engagement, and developing people in a structured, continuous way. Employees gain visibility into their strengths, opportunities for improvement, and how to evolve day-to-day based on real feedback.

In practice, TOHT unites feedback, data, and development: team data collection (anonymous feedback, 360° reviews, real-time perception), analysis and intelligence (identify engagement indicators and turnover risks), and continuous development (development plans and progress tracking). It also provides Tribes—safe, moderated communities with content moderation and automatic language filtering—creating a constructive space for growth. The result is reduced turnover, higher performance, clearer leadership decisions, and ongoing employee growth.
