TodoIsDone: To Do List & Tasks

TodoIsDone is a straightforward to-do app that keeps your day in order without
asking you to sign up for anything.

There is no account and no cloud. Your tasks live on your phone, and that is the
whole design — not a limitation. Nothing to log into, nothing to sync, nothing to
leak.

ORGANISE YOUR DAY

• Today, Upcoming and All Tasks views, so you always know what is next
• Four priority levels, from Urgent down to Low
• Projects and labels to group work the way you think about it
• Sub-tasks for anything that needs breaking down
• Search across everything you have ever written

REMINDERS THAT ACTUALLY ARRIVE

• Set an exact date and time and get a full-screen alarm you cannot sleep through
• Snooze straight from the notification
• Repeating tasks — daily, weekly, monthly or yearly
• A morning summary of what is due, and a weekly round-up of what you finished

AFTER A PHONE CALL

When a call ends, TodoIsDone can offer to create a follow-up task, so the thing you
promised on the phone does not evaporate the moment you hang up. One tap files it.

This is optional and can be switched off at any time. For your privacy, the app does
not read your call log and is not told who called — it only knows that a call ended.

BIRTHDAYS YOU WILL NOT FORGET

• Add birthdays by picking someone from your contacts
• Get reminded the day before and on the day

THE SMALL THINGS THAT MATTER

• Attach a photo to any task
• Notes on every task
• A home-screen widget for today's list
• Recycle bin, so a mis-tap is never permanent
• Stats on what you are actually completing
• Dark mode
• Back up and restore to a file you control

PRIVACY, PLAINLY

TodoIsDone contains no networking code of its own. Your tasks, notes, birthdays and
photos are stored on your device and are never uploaded by the app. Uninstalling
removes everything. Internet access is used only by Google's advertising and billing
services.

FREE, WITH AN OPTIONAL UPGRADE

TodoIsDone is free to use. The first 30 days are completely ad-free. After that the
app is supported by ads — and if you would rather not see them, a single one-time
purchase removes them permanently. No subscription, ever.
